Our role is to provide guidance and services for importations into the USA for individuals and businesses. We handle every importation on a one-on-one basis. We only accept once shipment at a time to our facility ensuring a successful importation and exceptional biosecurity.
Reptile Hub INTL will advise the documents needed from the exporting country and provide guidance on obtaining them. The customer is responsible for obtaining and providing all documents required from the exporting country to import animals into the USA successfully.
The customer is also responsible for coordinating their export from the country of origin. Guidance can be provided and in many cases coordinating with a broker in the country of origin is possible.
We handle every importation on a one-on-one basis. We only accept one shipment at a time ensuring of focus of a successful import and ensuring superior biosecurity.
We partner with an official customs broker to ensure all paperwork is compliant for the importation and to clear the shipment with U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
When the shipment is ready to be imported to the USA. We will file a declaration to U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Office of Law Enforcement using our commercial Import/Export License.
Wildlife must enter through a Designated U.S FIsh and Wildife Service Port. Our closest port is Boston, MA (BOS). We notify and arrange the mandatory inspection with our local USFWS Port of Entry Inspection Office.
Once the shipment is officially inspected and cleared by all US government agencies we collect the shipment and transfer it to our facility in our temperature controlled vehicle.
Once your shipment arrives at our facility it will be checked and forwarded on based on your requirements. We offer a one of a kind customized branded distribution solution to businesses sending a group shipment for distribution to the USA customers base.
Importing CITES species to the USA will require an additional document that non-CITES species do not require. The exporter will have to apply to the authorities in the origin country.

We will consider venomous importations on a case by case basis.
