We provide guidance and services for exportation from the USA for individuals and businesses. We handle every exportation on a one-on-one basis. We only accept one shipment at a time ensuring a successful exportation and exceptional biosecurity.
Reptile Hub INTL will obtain all of the documents needed for exportation from the USA. The customer is responsible for obtaining and providing all documents required from the destination country.
The customer is also responsible for coordinating their importation in the destination country. Guidance can be provided and in many cases coordinating with a broker in the destination country is possible.
We handle every exportation on a one-on-one basis. We only accept one shipment at a time ensuring the focus of a successful export and ensuring superior biosecurity.
We partner with an official customs broker to ensure all paperwork is compliant for the exportation and to clear the shipment with U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
When the shipment is ready to be exported to the destination country. We will file a declaration to U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Office of Law Enforcement using our commercial Import/Export License.
We arranged all required documents and endorsements for exportation from the USA and for importation to the destination country including CITES export permit, veterinary health certificates, airline security and customs clearances and government permits
With our official customs brokers assistance we will arrange the shortest and most cost effective travel arrangement for your exportation.
Wildlife must exit through a Designated U.S Fish and Wildife Service Port. We export via Miami, FL (MIA). We notify and arrange the mandatory inspection with USFWS Port of Exit Inspection Office.
CITES species require a CITES export permit to be exported from the USA. We will submit an application for the CITES export permit for your shipment. CITES export permits require a processing time of approximately 60 days.
You can determine if the species you need to export is listed as CITES on the database link below. We do not export species lists under Appendix I.
We will consider exportation of venomous species on a case by case basis. We do not offer short-term holds for venomous species.
